He is very outgoing and eccentric, he also clearly has an air of performance around him. These are characteristics that are associated with the ExxP types. He also very much goes with the flow, not seeming too worried about where he is when he wakes up (After the initial shock, of course.). This leaves us with trying to figure out whether he uses Ne or Se, I think he uses Ne. This is because Se is more pragmatic and set in stone, while Ne is much more hypothetical and less concerned with practicality. This is displayed in his character design, where his suit is torn up and patched together with fabric that doesn’t match, and the heart is on the wrong side. I’m pretty sure most people would just buy a new suit, constantly buying and stitching it back together would be very impractical in terms of both money and time. Lastly, we have to determine whether he’s ENTP or ENFP. Personally I think he leans more to having Fe as his auxiliary function, this is because Fe revolves around outwardly empathizing with others, Rick doesn’t display this very much, especially in his first interaction with Molly and friends. This let’s us fill in Ti as his parent function.
