If Mr. Small had Ni-Fe, he would be better at his work as a counsellor, he would emphathize his students' true feelings and understand the situation they are stucking in, then give them useful advices instead of those ones based on his own feelings. Steve Small is such a lovely guy, I used to have a crush on him, but I have to admit that most of his advices are not really helpful to the students he counsels, those advices are totally based on his moral code/feeling and sometimes too impractical. Mr. Steven "Steve" Small is a supporting character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He is the hippie school counselor at Elmore Junior High. Although his job is to advise the students, he tends to act like the one that needs the most help.
