it's been a while since I've seen this movie, but from what I remember of it, I feel as though Hogarth demonstrates stronger Ne than Fi, given how strong his imagination is and the creative solutions he devises for some of his problems (e.g. giving Mansley the laxatives). I do think he has pretty strong Fi, though, seeing how he attempts to teach the Iron Giant a value system similar to his own and generally tries to do what he thinks is right and moral, not what external figures (e.g. Mansley and the general) think is right. in regards to his Enneagram, Hogarth seems like a particularly well-developed 7w6, given how he's primarily energetic and fun-loving, yet is also capable of admirable levels of introspection and rumination
