I think they are both INFPs. They are dreamers and deeply romantic. Christine herself seems quite idealistic to me. She follows her heart and her love of the phantom, even though most of society maybe would oppose her love. Furthermore she seems exceptionally curious about the secret world of the phantom and not that attached of the past. She easily sees through people and can intuitively read situation, which is why I think she uses a rather strong intuitive function, perhaps Ne. She also shows signs of Te inferior. She lacks aggression or assertiveness at times and is more of a dreamer than a practical person.
