I guess that Te-Fi axis is pretty clear, but his dominant function may cause some doubt. I think that the Gulenko's er0t1c attitude theory's adaptation for MBTI can explain his hooking on Stifler's mom, clearly a woman who arouse the extraverted sensation, Finch's supposed inf function.
