His karaoke is total Ne. Obviously. Aside from that, Dinesh is really all about being awkward but embracing his awkwardness, which is a total Ne move (and I guess something the karaoke showcases). He overshares internal emotions and, similarly to Richard, cannot take criticism or the violation of his principles - there's the Fi, which he honestly overuses. He also has a constant need for validation - which is where his Te comes from, and as a tertiary function it is shown in a way to make him seem "childish," constantly caring for others' approval. The best example of his Ne, Fi, and Te working all together is when he's messing with Gilfoyle's servers to prove he's an asset to the team.
