Seems like a Ti user with well-developed tertiary Ni to me -- and inferior Fe could explain why he's so good at getting under people's skin, and why he's able to make people like him when he wants to, like proving to Dinesh that he can make friends by bringing some guy from a coffee shop back to the hacker hostel, or when Monica sees him getting along with people in the office when trying to raise his acumen scores for HR in season 6 -- and between Ti and Te, he doesn't gravitate to any kind of delegating, outward organization, or leadership, and prefers to work independently with his own logic to solve problems. Ofc an INTJ can be averse to leadership too, but I see a lot more proof of Ti-Fe than Te-Fi :)
