His Ne is also seen in his exchange with Ratio and Sparkle - he uses Ne to connect the dots, and he planted the doubt in trailblazers with the whole picture in mind so that they can kill him off. There is a description where he says he act relaxed with his one hand rolling the dice and the other shivers behind his back. Does he enjoy the dopamine? Yes, to a degree. But the Se here is counterproductive and interferes with his dom function.
