Looking out for people is not Fe, THAT is the stereotype. Fe is judging based on the socially accepted, Fi based on universal values (I'm direct from Jung). Kinako is kind and caring but respectively in very eccentric way (nothing is more conventional than Fe) and in a very deep and secret (!) way. Fi is the calm and protective heart. Where is her Ne? ENFJ's are extremely conventional people, this girl is simply not an ENFJ, this is an ENFP with demonstrative Fe, an apparent sort of casual friendliness hiding a much more unconventional and deeper love and care. ENFP is called the Psychologist in Socionics, notice how she's extremely non-judgemental (number one feature of ENFP's). ENFJ's are very judgemental.
