Tricky, but I think he has that same basic desire to "overcome against all odds" as Miyuki. Miyuki chooses to play for a much weaker Seidou despite Narumiya's invitation, and Yui is determined to be successful in baseball despite his physical disadvantage. Is Yui's initiative driven by logic or feeling? That's where I'm torn. Te-Ni is my guess for now, with the best alternative guess being Fe-Ni (ENFJ). Edit: changed my vote to ENFJ. I now think it's more likely that inf Ti will bite him in the ass than inf Fi.
