Very healthy ESFJ imo. I would like to hear an argument for ENFJ actually, because while I do agree he has very high Fe, I think his Si-Ne combi is what helped him push Re:vale forward. If you read 'Re:member' you will clearly be able to see his thinking process; Banri understands people perfectly and knows how to make his way through to them. He also took care of any and all technical and bureaucratic matters for Yuki during that time. Have a good day! (edit: a typo ToT)
