I deeply apologize but I must say I really don't like this stubborn-father like guy. He's an extremely unhealthy Si-dom old-fashioned guy, reminds me of David Madson in Life is Strange, even more stubborn than Kiyotaka. He has even abandoned management after almost everyone didn't follow his dictator-like order, not like what a ESTJ likely to do. ESTJ would change the way of management to make sure Te can still be used well after a bad consequence happens, because Tsurugi has seen it's successful to make restrictions as more as the polices can many times, in order to accomplish missions(Si in fact, not Te), didn't want to change the creed(Fi) he trusts at all.
