Wanting everything to be fine in the end, worrying about future scenarios, worrying about what his mother would think of him if he decided to act girly in front of her. I feel like as the story progresses, he develops and grows like how an e 6 would slowly develop e9 traits in growth. Becoming less sensitive to other's words, feeling grounding and belonging, relaxing more. This is especially clear in the chapter where he tells the cashier that the adorable plushy is for himself and in the chapters where he confronts his mother and goes shopping with her to show her who he truly is.
