I can see why people think he would have high FE. because his functions are very developed and have high maturity. However he is INTP. With strongly developed FE. When Inferior function is aspiring it is often actually where a persons true fulfillment and life purpose lies. You can see his Inferior FE insecurity manifest when he asks people things like "You need to tell me if this is inappropriate" or in general the way he is verbally checking in with the other persons feelings because of fear to offend them. A person with high FE would automatically know what the other person is feeling most of the time. (Not judging just speaking factually. we all have a weak area) And not be insecure about how to handle their feelings. *Side note he has confirmed on stream before that he tested as INTP also.

Alok Kanojia aka Dr.k is a private psychiatrist in Boston, MA. His integrative medical and psychiatric training includes Harvard Medical School's MGH/McLean Adult Psychiatry Residency Program, over 100 meditation therapies, and an evidence-based background in Ayurvedic mental health. He began studying alternative therapies including yoga, meditation, and Reiki in 2003 with particular attention to the Ayurvedic principle that mental health is inextricably linked to physical health.
