Looks like it's time for me to return to my beloved HSR (no). And I immediately see a lack of clear objective arguments here, but that's understandable: the character is new - young, handsome, but why vote for something you don't know? So, let's start with the obvious SO7 - the anti-Seven immediately catches the eye: this guy literally creates a hunter agency to serve humanity, but it looks less like a business, as would be the case with SP7, and more like a super-loss-making shelter. However, it's not as if this bothers him; he seems pleased with his creation and treats his employees with care, even though they don't seem quite capable :D Why not ISTJ: Fe is an obvious value aspect of Ashvale's personality, while for SLI, this aspect is a sore point, which clearly doesn't suit our hero today. Even in his trailer, this guy engages in a dialogue with the viewer, flirting and seemingly breaking stereotypes, which is very similar to the activation use of Fe. SLI, as a type, can't boast of this; it's not just uncharacteristic for him, it's contraindicated for him; he's blind to this function. Why not ISTP: Ne is an obvious value aspect of Ashweil's personality. And yes, we're still unsure of his basic use of this function, but we clearly see how, in those same phone conversations, this function is extremely liberating: he genuinely tries to consider all aspects and sort everything out, he invents and recalls his stories, makes comparisons (Ne-Ti), and most importantly, he does all this in real time, as an improvisation (which speaks to a strong Ne). Other options: it's entirely possible that Ash could be both ESTJ and ENTJ, with the former being preferable here (due to his value-based Ne), but it doesn't fit the Enneagram correlation at all. On the other hand, LIE has a strong background Ne and role-based Fe, which he could manifest under the guise of value-based Fe, but honestly, it doesn't seem that way yet, so this is just a theory for now. And as I already said, his Fe is more like tert. From all of the above, we arrive at the ENTP ILE type. I'd also like to note that he has a fairly developed role-based Se: he shows off, interrogates, applies objective information and wants to look impressive so effortlessly that this is likely why he's confused with LSI, but rest assured, this is a natural outcome of a developed ILE with a role-based function. Perhaps I'll come back when more information becomes available.
