Implied Heavily by Evidence, Sally is the Daughter of "Grampy / Gramps" found exclusively in hotel levels. In Order for her to Spawn the room must have Windows, which is in the majority of the hotel's room. Sally is a Neutral Entity she will only attack dealing significant damage only if you don't give her a item to play with, if you don't give a item, Sally will smack you with her mini baseball bat, which can deal of damage as said earlier which does make her considered a more neutral entity kinda like Groundskeeper as a prime example of a More Neutral Entity. Sally will spawn by breaking a window in the Hotel, then jumping out of it, and proceed to chase the player down, or any player she choses, if they're not solo, and proceed to outpace them overtime until she catches up, she does giggle a lot while this all happening.
