I kinda see this from my own point of view cause im very romantic, but in the platonic way. I can't easily fall deeply in love but I can easily get crushes and be loving and flirty to others without the romantic feelings. I enjoy flirting to people I find fun or comfortable to be with, but it doesn't mean I want to go further than that. I also love very deeply the people I do love. When I say I love somebody it's geniune, and not just something I tell to everybody. But usually those people are close friends or family members, so wouldn't call that being romantic... even though with friends we might do things that could be seen "romantic" to outsiders, but to us it doesn't feel like that P.S if anybody is trying to get with an ESFP wait atleast a year before a proper relationship so the geniune feelings start to show off them
