(1/3) I believe Dave Miller is an Sx2. If we look at his life from a chronological perspective, from the beginning, his desire was to be loved or taken care of by those he viewed as surrogate family. First Henry, then Jack too. This is to compensate for feeling unloved and without a family as he grew up. And throughout the games, we see his strong attachment to Henry and Jack, having a sort of possessiveness towards Jack, especially as Davetrap, who I will consider to be the same type as Flipside Dave but unhealthy. His character is centered around the bonds with these two that he exaggerates in his mind, struggling to let go of the ideal of them being the family he never had. He takes it deeply personally whenever Jack rejects him in the good routes, and acts overly clingy and borderline obsessive regardless of if you side with him or not. Given how he wants to be a surrogate son of Henry and in a way wanted to be taken care of by him (SP2), and how he doesn’t really care about being loved by those outside his idealization (against SO2), I’d say he is sx/sp 2. E8 and E7. Is his core motivation lust? Is his core motivation gluttony? His desire for the familial love he lacked is literally what Henry used to manipulate him. Mainly for the sake of exaggerated humor, he is impulsive, unhinged, crude, hedonistic, takes aggressive actions. Which can seem E8 and E7 to a lot. But let’s remember some of the sx2 traits.
