Sol is the personification of the GG franchise and the self-insert of Daisuke Ishiwatari in GG. Sol is an ISTP looking up to ESFP mindset, hedonism and in the moment Se thinking and being true to yourself Fi. Every vocal track in Xrd (including Tsuki no Shihai) is 'Sol's theme' AND Smell of the game in Strive. The whole message of the guilty gear soundtrack and franchise is to 'stop thinking so much' and to do it. The song 'rock and roll rock hard maniac' in STRIVE is the perfect example. Especially Divide my heart, it is a song about letting go of grudges, trying to show self forgiveness and self empathy in moments when you think that you've done only wrongdoings, wich leads into big blast sonic and sky should be high, wich are songs in wich Sol recognize that both him and the world are flawed things. it is an SP8 trying his hardest to not be numb, to love life, to let go of grudges, to show self forgiveness and to not be dragged down by the world, to not feel like passion is meaningless (storyteller, blank). Sol looks up to Se and Ne and the beauty of life, and he tries to bury his own cynicism as deeply into the ground as he can. very neurotic individual, he ISNT an Se dom, he just looks up to them and tries to be a part of them, but he is NOT one. even in Safe intoxication he tells himself that he is a coward for not being able to let loose as easily as other people and taking too many precautions, he hates his anxiety relating to not being so closed off all the time. Sol Badguy is the protagonist of the Guilty Gear series and Ky Kiske's rival. He is an aloof and brash bounty hunter of immense skill on a quest to find and eliminate all Gears and their creator. For a short time, Sol was also a member of the Sacred Order of Holy Knights during the Crusades, known as "Order-Sol". In the past, as Frederick Bulsara, he seemed to be a simple-yet-aloof scientist, who was content with having only two friends, not bothering to compromise his own integrity to appeal to others around him; however, upon becoming a Gear, his prior unruly traits became much more pronounced. Sullen and unrefined, he only speaks to others when absolutely necessary. Consequently, he's not very good at expressing himself, and tends to compensate by bullying people into line or simply steamrolling them. A lone wolf with a belligerent streak, Sol is actually an extremely intelligent individual who doesn't tolerate nonsense and gets mad whenever he cannot explain something with logic.
