Victor Van Dort тип личности MBTI

Личность

"Какой тип личности является Victor Van Dort? Victor Van Dort - это тип личности INFP в mbti, 9w1 - sp/so - 694 в Enneagram, RLOAI в Big 5, EII в Socionics."

Some think victor is an INFJ and he is using his fe which i suppose makes sense but i believe he is simply a more developed si than your stereotypical average INFP instead of just having fe. You also have to consider the time period this is in. if anybody wants to give their reasoning on why they think victor is an INFJ im all ears :) Fi: Rather than try to confess his true feelings to others, he fumbles around them, preferring not to talk about them. Victor believes in marrying someone with genuine emotion, rather than for financial gain making Victor uncomfortable with the idea of an arranged marriage for wealth and status and not love. After ruining his vows, full of shame he runs off to the woods to be alone. There, he lets all of his feelings out into his vows when he finally gets it right (the really heartfelt and dramatic "i ask you, to be mine." that was so sincere it brought Emily from the dead). Victor also had trouble comforting Emily after he upset her since he could not relate to her, the way he tries to make amends with Emily is by cheering her up (Playing the piano beside her and trying to show off and being extra cheery) and accepting her (Emily: "Pardon my enthusiasm." Victor: "I like your enthusiasm."). Not by trying to understand her and feel her feelings (fi, not fe. people with fe usually can't distinct somebody else's feelings from their own. Since they understand and feel other's feelings deeply 24/7) Ne: victor is naive and idealistic, believing that he can go against the traditions of society (by choosing who he can marry), and also encourages Victoria to do the same (that she be allowed to play the piano, and do things a “proper lady” can’t do). Though initially frightened by the Land of the Dead, he starts delighting in its whimsy over time. Victor changes his choices on a dime, initially planning to marry Victoria, then Emily, then back to Victoria. Si: His Si shows itself when he gets extremely stressed and obviously bothered with too much sudden change in one day (getting married to a corpse, going to the Land of the Dead, being married to someone he doesn’t know yet). Victor also follows tradition and cares about his parents' expectations so while he isn't quite comfortable with an arranged marriage, he is willing to go through with it to please his parents (it's also the Victorian era. Social status and tradition meant a lot more at that time than many may think so while i think victors value of tradition and pleasing his parents is developed si and others believe it is fe it might have just been the standards of that time.) He also shows sentimentality for his dead dog. Te: Victor’s tendency to dodge confessing his true feelings means he sometimes comes off as unintentionally blunt (”I don’t want to marry you”, "You're the other woman.", ect.). He also had trouble feeling sympathy for Emily (An example is him tricking Emily to take him to the land of the living to see Victoria). (I'm not demonizing te it's just te is usually more about tunnel vision and disregarding other feelings to get what you want as well as caring more about the end result than the path to it.) Given. this is just what i think and how i analyzed the movie while trying to take the time periods social standards and mannerisms into account. If you have any different opinions, I'd love to hear them and why you think so! :)
