Cecil doesn't strike me as an INFP either. He's not exactly brimming with moral individuality, and he rebels against the king for Si-Fe reasons. The premise of his character backstory actually further the argument, IMO. Honestly, you can even say the way he keeps letting Kain back into his life despite many betrayals is Si-Fe-like. In the After Years, he's 100% just a selfless protector, puts his wife and son above all else. I know that'd then make both Cecil and Rosa ISFJs, which isn't that exciting for a fictional setting, but their relationship isn't that fleshed out to begin with. They're already together before the story begins.
