I mean, all his plan started with his unhealthy Fe-Ti. It's true that he seems to have Fi, but it's only after talking with Sofia for the first time, and Fi can't appear from nowhere like that, that's just very unhealthy Fe with the help of Ti. And I can't really see the Te in him. The Ni is obvious and the inferior Se is too. But I see wrong saying that he uses Te-Fi, because that actually changes what the serie says. If he was a Te-Fi user, all his motivations would have been just revenge against his friends and the constant secrets of everyone. It would all be just because of his values. But what the serie says is that he does this all because of Sofia. It isn't a revenge and he imposing his values. It's all like a gift to Sofia and he carrying out Sofia's thinking. We have to understand that Te-Fi is a combination more about imposing or making the own values come true, it's more individualistic. Instead, the Fe-Ti is a combination more about understanding and analizying other people's or communal values kinda like admirating it. An unhealthy Te-Fi user would have made all his plan for his own revenge and values, while an unhealthy Fe-Ti user would have made all his plan for Sofia's revenge and values. It all dependes on how you interpret the serie and Raul's motivations. (sorry if my english is bad)
