Emmanuel is the name given by the Brazilian medium Chico Xavier to the spirit to which he attributes the authorship of a good part of his psychographic works. This spirit was pointed out by Chico Xavier as his spiritual advisor. There is also a book of the same name by Chico Xavier that bears Emmanuel's signature, published in 1938.
