Tsukasa Okino is a pretty clear 5, and not a 6 or 7 (the wing-6 accounts for the traces of 6 he does exhibit over 4). Although not shy (which is not even a 5 stereotype), he's absolutely withdrawn and hoards information like a dragon - during the course of the game, he only talks when literally hunted down by others (Hijiyama, Sekigahara, and Kisaragi). He spends almost all of his time gathering information alone - based on the timeline, he spent at least half a year investigating things alone after leaving "1944" before Hijiyama finally stumbles upon him in "1985". Even after he allows Hijiyama to join him, he stops Hijiyama going with him a lot of the time, essentially shutting his own romantic interest out. Given how much he knows and the events he goes through, he could have chosen any of a number of people to work with, but he has about as much interest in it as Sekigahara and Gouto (who're also 5s). Indeed, he is shown expending effort just to avoid others or giving explanations. This doesn't even resolve after he knows he both could and has to trust everyone (Destruction Mode) - as exemplified by when he tells Hijiyama not to tell others he's there because it'd be a hassle. On going out for research - that's a very 5 thing to do. He's not going out to meet and convene with people (like a 6 or a 7 for different reasons) - he's going out to investigate his questions alone, and the only reason he does this is because his questions can't be answered by staying in one place. Indeed, when he can answer it by staying in one place, he does - which is why he spends a very large amount of time alone in front of holographic screens in the warehouse. When it comes to the flirting - 1) flirting is not something exclusive to specific enneagrams, and 2) he's explicitly a cool-headed hard read emotionally even when he's being his most flirtatious - which is why Hijiyama calls him shrewd and infuriating.
