Endurance is a central theme of Gregor. Often people misconstrue how Envy manifests in the Self Preservation 4 leading to various mistypings. Gregor is someone who is full of emotion and pain but uses this to keep moving forward, he feels little need to allow his past to slow him down, he's quite stoic, and he also tends towards being a mediator among the other Sinners who are much more conflict prone. There's also the self disgust which is characteristic of a 4, but he internalizes it, as SP4 is the most quiet about their Envy. We see this in Gregor with how quickly he clicks with Yuri, empathizing on the similar themes of abandonment, sacrifice, and guilt, knowing pain is a way to keep moving forward and lingering only pauses action. Additionally, he's quite quick at accepting Dante due to their unwanted augmentations and the slander they get for it.
