She is a well-developed ESTJ. As all types develop, they begin to show flexibility. (Kokonoe is developing in MIU...) She repeatedly gives clear directions, which Te-dom excels at. Although flexible, she did not act arbitrarily, and always followed procedures. She did not like to be underestimated by others because she was a woman, nor did she like power struggles within the police organisation. But she always properly protested to her superiors up front and she accord to the organization's rules and laws. Even in the hectic situation of ep11, she properly reported it to her boss and got permission. This is different from Shima, who followed the rules but unexpectedly acted off the wall and finally was exhausted by the limitations of the police organization. Contrary to her cool demeanour at work, she is a caring and family-oriented person, which is a typical description of ESTJ. And her "deep sadness and resentment at the humiliation to her loved ones" in ep10 is typical of Fi-inf type's feelings.
