Id To begin with, the Mental Ring contains the Superego and Ego blocks, the Vital Ring contains the SuperId and Id blocks. LSI’s Mental Ring (Static): FiNe, TiSe LSI’s Vital Ring (Dynamic): FeNi, TeSi 𝟏. 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐨 This block is the block of insecurities, worries, doubts. The LSI’s mind, just as every other sociotype, starts in the role function, and then goes to the PoLR. The Superego is a block where the world gives us information to deal with, we don't add nothing there by ourselves, just as we don't remove nothing there by ourselves, the Superego does not argue. For the LSI, it's Fi and Ne, and this is where the classic LSI’s black and white view on morality, for example, comes from. It's not only part of their Mental Ring but also of their Static Ring, besides their TiSe. The LSI doesn't like changes in this block, for example, interpersonal relationships that the LSI has with other people, be it a friendship or even a romantic relationship, the LSI wants it to remain always the same, they don't like it when the other changes their attitude (Fi), it is for the LSI a source of anxiety, the LSI wants relationships that don't change, for the Superego is a normative block, they just adhere to what is there the way it is. Their Fi role is there blocked with their Ne PoLR, which will make the LSI be completely distrustful of people's intentions and character, so the LSI is paranoid about all of this. And they also don't like to have their loyalty being questioned. It is difficult for the LSI to change their previously established personal relationships. This is the norm, which the LSI will ardently adhere to. The LSI wants these people to be sure of their kindness, that's it’s constant and reliable. But they do not know and are uncertain of exactly how others evaluate them in this. However, when it comes to others’ positive feelings towards the LSI, the LSI tends to hide them. Their morals are often black and white because of how normative this block is, don't forget, the role is not a strong function, it's just normative, it stills having the issues of a weak function, so just like the LSI will adhere to Fi on a normative way, they won't have much nuances in there, while an ESI would. Ne is about potential energy, inner qualities and talents. The LSI has it on his PoLR spot, which means they are vulnerable towards it, they might not be able to see their own potential and be blind to it, and also of other people, the kind of person who will say “you were born like this, and you can't change it”. They need the EIE to tell them about their qualities and to make them recognize their potential capabilities. Another manifestation of Ne PoLR is the LSI’s inclination towards extreme suspicion and paranoia towards others’ ethical values and character, and also loyalty. Because their Ne (potential energy and inner qualities) is blocked with Fi (ethical attitudes, love and hatred, and sense of closeness) on the Superego. An example of this in fiction is Levi Ackerman, one of the best representatives of this type. Levi was suspicious of Eren Jaeger in the first season, about his true character and motivations, and threatens him “If he turns into a titan I'm going to kill him myself”, asserting his position and authority (Ti) with volitional pressure (Se), making Eren afraid of him, as a way to solve the Superego FiNe problem with his Ego TiSe.
