Reposting my reply as a comment - INFJ makes a lot of sense. The way she "masks" herself and has a persona at school is Ni-Fe based. She wants to be viewed as a kind, caring, helpful senpai (and even teacher in the gags) to the people around her, which helps facilitate her actual purpose & goals, i.e. infiltrates the town and befriends its people because she's looking for Roa.
