Why FEVL > FELV? I only remember at the time he want to take control of the argument between the nature's rulers then ask Mabel to stay calm and let himself handle the conversation (although it's fail), I seen it as his way to process his logic and how much he afraid if it doesn't goes well which made him made plan about this, he value logic more then volition and power, his logic is too other-negative and process oriented to be 4L. He'll be more ambitious/quite agressive to take control of this if his volition was higher, what he did as ruler is conforming the society need and doesn't actually like the status-quo, he explain it when hetalk about his family to Mabel. No core head triad, probably this is why the consensus made him as 4L but the sloth and accepting in E9 then combined with social instinct looking fit for him. I don't see SO7 as well, he doesn't take control to have a good image tho neither self-pleasure just to look good, he gain pleasure by raw party to enjoy with the animal society lol, and because the effort he made is for the sake of harmony in the society itself.
