ISTJ. Throughout Days, though we don't learn it until 3, the decisions he makes are based on looking at the past and wanting things to be as they once were. He wants to be in control (Te) and have Axel to stay by his side and help him find Subject X instead of befriending Roxas and Xion and he decides the best way to achieve this goal is by coldly discouraging Axel from hanging out with them and planning to get rid of Xion. In KH3 he has a change of heart (you know, now that he has one again) and his Fi influences him to turn traitor and support Xion.
