Where did you see INTJ? For gods sake not every stoic female is INTJ. She focuses on the here and now rather than contemplating future possibilities. Her strongest function is by far Ti; she is good at troubleshooting and figuring out difficult situations. This coupled with her high Se combines to make her formidable in the games for her quick decisions and quick reactions. Katniss is more of a scalpel than a heavy hitter in that she excels at small quick decisions but doesn’t have much when it comes to making actual plans other than “I’m going to survive this one challenge.” She never thinks further than what is immediate.
