He screams Ne and Ti to me. He hates following his orders and is always going off on his own, as I imagine he’s always coming up with different potential actions. When he was young, we saw him considering all options and possibilities logically before making a decision. He was always thinking of consequences when Luffy and Ace failed to do so. I think he has well-developed Fe which makes him such a charming, charismatic guy who cares deeply for his friends and family. Inf Si makes sense with his desire for change and rejection of duty and tradition.
