I’m thinking ESTJ. At crew meetings, she rivals Spock with her blunt and objective-stating of the facts. In the episode where she remained in charge of the ship, she took a very systematic approach to the handling of the outbreak. She seems very Te dom to me. ESTJs tend to focus on maintaining flow, which is what she is good at. In Spock Amok, she is fine with spending her shore leave hanging out on the ship and keeping things going smoothly. When Hemmer refused to do the diagnostic in engineering, she had difficulty leaning on his intuition and forced him to run it, even knowing it would probably be a fruitless endeavor. She does trust him, she just wants the concrete facts to fall back on. Her Ne seems pretty developed as well, because she was the one to push La’An (who I think is a Si dom) out of her comfort zone during the bingo game. She easily engages with other people and listens to their perspectives.
