I’ve seen some people say he uses a lot of Fe in the movie but not in the manga (post Shibuya Incident) but… why not?? I think this dialogue from the manga showcases his Fe quite well (spoilers ahead, obviously): “Don’t you have any friends? or a lover? Even though I didn’t have friends until recently, I can’t understand you at all. Just because you have regrets after hundreds or thousands of years, you still won’t hesitate to kill people. Why put in all that effort just for yourself?” (Yuta in Chapter 176) It’s not that he can’t understand the idea of “killing” people; he can’t understand why one would kill for oneself/with selfish motives. The only way he can rationalize murder (Ti) is if someone kills for the benefit or protection of others (Fe). He is very group focused. Also notice how his questions don’t have an ounce of your typical Fi self-righteousness (which is very evident in Itadori, a Fi user). Yuta doesn’t have a clear sense of right or wrong, he is simply confused about his opponent’s reasoning, because he can’t imagine killing if he’s not doing it for the sake of others. That’s Fe-Ti all over the place in my opinion. I’m not saying that xxFPs can’t kill for the sake of others, it’s just Fi users have more “strict” or defined moral codes, but Yuta doesn’t, really. He doesn’t do what he thinks is “the right thing” but what he considers will be most helpful in the grand scheme of things. Contrast that to other Fi users in anime like Itadori, Eren, Gon, etc. and you’ll quickly notice the difference.
