The High Wis/Low Int build is so well-played. Probably my favorite INFJ character ever. SPOILERS FOR ALL OF CAMPAIGN 2 . . . . . Admittedly, I found Cad somewhat grating at times for his holier-than-thou judgements because almost no one called him out on it. But listening to Taliesin talk about him on Talks Machina and how Cad can be judgmental and petty was a really insightful look into his character. I really wish he'd been challenged more often by the other members of the Nein because that would've given Taliesin the opportunity to dig more into these flaws. Like Cad fundamentally didn't understand how Nott or Caleb worked as people or their complex trauma. While others found Cad's wisdom or advice comforting, they often pushed back, and in Caleb's case, sometimes just didn't engage. While Nott/Sam was willing to play up to comedy or let things pass, Caleb/Liam often had many moments of misunderstanding with Cad and they never really hashed that out (and I think Taliesin really wanted to). As it is, Cad's still a wonderful character and certainly a worthy candidate for PC MVP of Campaign 2.
