In my opinion, he is rather 5w6 than 5w4. He is perfectly ambiverted, and is a mixture of ENTP and INTP, leaning towards former. Also he is more E than A in agreeableness (mildly though). He is a psychiatrist, so he comes off as accommodating. Also tertiary 8 fix rather than 9 in tritype, he is not afraid to confront and has no particular interest in preserving own harmony. I don't get the e4 coming into picture anywhere. He seems rather secondary e2 in his tritype. P.S. A truly amazing character. His Ti-Fe combination is fantastic!! I am very interested in psychology and his character is so likable to me, even though it is just a show.
