ESFP makes sense although I think ESFJ is a better fit - she is selfish, stubborn but she believes (or is delusional) that everything she does is for the greater good of a patient or the family she is treating. She won't rest until the patients parents agree with her. She is very quick to tell somebody they're doing things wrong. Almost as if she had the higher moral authority. Also I don't see her Se too much but rather Si :).
