9w8 feels more correct than 9w1 to me - you don't really see nagafuji seeking any type of perfection with her 9 (nor does she seek to uphold some moral code) so much as seeking control over her own life & surroundings. the only hallmark of 9w1 I can think of is how she often organizes and rearranges hino's bookshelf - but I see this more as a manifestation of her ne since she doesn't seem to care so much about the organization of the shelf itself rather than just following through with a random idea she had out of boredom. there are many, many times in the hino/nagafuji chapters when she (somewhat passively ofc, due to her core 9) fights for control over something very random with hino (like the running gag of nagafuji forcing her way to hino's house) and/or completely disregards and dislikes external rules and structures
