Its psychology. It isn't scientifically measurable. But there is no denial that some people act more simmilar than others. Which can help to understand different characters. It could perhaps made school/work more individuallistic if the learning topics and concepts are adapted to a certain type. Like Esxj made more work in groups while Ixtx learn/read more alone or with an pc.
