idk... i feel like 378 >> 379. literally no part about Andy is a peacemaker, unless it somehow would benefit him. Andy's pretty aggressive and confrontational (ik those are stereotypes and i usually don't follow them, but they're also unhealthy 8 traits) if he feels he's being teased or not respected at all. a good example is when Dwight starts wearing Cornel merch and acting like a student there. Andy pretty instantly confronts him about it and doesn't leave him alone. someone with 9 in their tritype wouldn't do that, or at least not as quickly as Andy did, which shows me that he has more 8 in his tritype than 9. another good example is that Andy's always trying to have a hold on his life, the office itself (when he tries to become manager over michael), and so on. he isn't afraid of loss; in fact he's more inclined to do something new (Se dom) at the chance of losing something, and Andy doesn't care about inner peace. he's definitely an average - unhealthy 3wX, that's for sure, but tritype wise i think it's safe to say he has 8 > 9.
