I haven't watched the whole show, so I might come back later and edit but so far she looks like an ENTJ to me. Yes, both ENTJ and ESTJ are ambitious but I think her si is actually weak .In season two she told rory about how she did volunteering work since the 4th grade and told her everything she did, and when rory told her when did you have a time to have a life she told her she'd have a life after harvard. Sounds like si polr, looking out for your future self to the point that you forget to take care about the present self.
