I think Troi is a 2w1 rather than a 1w2: - “The Loss” shows a 2’s pride. Anyone would be shaken by losing the ability their job depends on, but Troi can’t stand being the one who needs help. She lashes out at Beverly and Riker when they try to comfort her. A 1 would turn that frustration inward as self-criticism. - She’s accepting, not critical.
