I believe that he could be INTP with. pretty developed Si. All his skills were developed and created due to his lack of "conventional" enhancer skills which is Ti-Ne with some Si as those skills were tailor made for the team he was in Pre-banishment. He emphasizes a lot of critical thinking to his students rather than having them believe what he says as 100% true which is Ti rather than Te. when, he works as a teacher, to me, it looks like he's going into his shadow ESFJ as he notes to Caroline to also keep track of her teammates' expressions despite her special ability and her higher pain tolerance. But I could be wrong.
