I believe that he could be INTP with. pretty developed Si. All his skills were developed and created due to his lack of "conventional" enhancer skills which is Ti-Ne with some Si as those skills were tailor made for the team he was in Pre-banishment. He emphasizes a lot of critical thinking to his students rather than having them believe what he says as 100% true which is Ti rather than Te. when, he works as a teacher, to me, it looks like he's going into his shadow ESFJ as he notes to Caroline to also keep track of her teammates' expressions despite her special ability and her higher pain tolerance.
