ENTP with a developed Fe. Similarly to how 10 is ENFP with developed Te. It only makes sense. Also, spoilers here. But since both of these doctors refuse to look inward due to the regrets that come with doing so, thus avoiding their auxiliary functions, and appearing as eachothers types. Oh but once they do look inward, it gets ugly, spoilers again here, but remember whenever the 11th doctor lost Amy and Rory? He fell into a hard Ti-Si loop, blaming himself and only being able to think about what he should've done and how he couldve done better. Of course, due to inconsistent writing and the fact that hes an alien, it's hard to type him. And I will admit 10 does seem very ENTP on surface level, but most male ENFPs do. Take a look at when someone doesnt do as 10 says, he often gets very offset about it, sometimes even very angry, that's a Te thing. Where as the 11th doctor is alot more lenient and "I don't care, do what you want but dont die" which is a ti-fe thing.
