Ochi is very much Te > Si, imo. He's all about that naked Te-dom impatience, drive, and brutal honesty. Pi-doms would generally be more self-effacing and less "judgy" due to leading with a P function (Si-doms especially). Inf Fi is evident in the explosive way he deals with emotions. He's harsh on others and even harsher on himself (shutting himself in a bathroom stall and crying when he lost a match). Inf Fi also means he sticks to very simplistic and rigid personal values. This is why Ochi chooses to challenge Yashiro despite it potentially costing him a spot on the team. We don't really have an ISTJ benchmark in this series, but a good comparison is Akira (INTJ) who has much better Te-Fi balance. Akira is generally reticent about his feelings, but he's a lot more nuanced in handling them. He acknowledges the impact Hikaru has on him emotionally, and partially succeeds in incorporating these Fi elements into his Te goals. Ochi's inf Fi, on the other hand, means that his reactions to his own feelings are polarized; either he beats the Fi elements down ruthlessly with the Te sledgehammer, or he lets them take over and lashes out at others.
