If something goes slowly, or inefficiently, they would rather do it themselves than assign it to people. They delegate tasks to other people not to avoid working, but to make things go quicker. Loid hates to work, but his ideas can only be implented by him since he knows them best, so after starting them, he leaves them to other people to finish while he brainstorms other ideas to make money off it. ENTPs are known as visionaries because while they're quick to implement start ups, they ultimately leave it to other people to finish the work. Also, you generalizing Ne for people who only has ideas but doesn't finish them is definitely....do you think only XXXJs finish projects? 😅 We can too. Ofc, it takes us much more effort to do it. I wish you can meet an ENTP e8. I already explained how Loid has a lot of multiple ideas and ultimately leaves it to other people to finish them. Ni is picking a few of those ideas and then seeing them to the end. I already wrote how Loid, in just a few chapters, hopped from one idea to another he wanted to implement. If he had no people to order and if his status wasn't a noble, do you think Loid will do all those backbreaking work? As for Fi being selfish....that's not Fi at all. Fi is prioritizing your emotions and values first, not tolerating anyone trespassing on those values. They ask in every situation, "Is this in light of the person I want to be?" Fe is being externally aware of other people's emotions, and preserving that harmony. They ask in every situation, "How do I do this to make everyone feel comfortable?" As in Loid's backstory, he was frequently bullied by his seniors, but to keep the peace at work, he tried to endure until he ultimately exploded. That's why in his new life, he said he won't be like those people and clearly live a life that was poverty-free. Loid is very aware of other people's emotions, despite not caring much for them. Loid doesn't go, "Is this in line with my values? How do I feel about this action?" Loid never reflects on the emotion he feels. What he does, however, is to react on what the other person feels.
