When someone brings up strong, independent and wise women, Rosa Luxemburg always comes to my mind. She dedicated her whole life into improving society we live in, she beared with many obstacles, completed difficult studies in philosophy, history, politics, economics, and mathematics. Rosa succesfully emigrated from Poland to Germany, she went straight forward to complete her duty she set into her mind, no matter the consequances or whenever her every step was right accoriing to law at that time etc. She formulated clear path in her mind and followed it, not really an impulsive woman, she went straight forward step by step dracticly towards her final goal - Socialist revolution (Leftist-Communist, but do not dissmiss it with russian bolsheviks, she actually criticized them). The fact that the social democrats (!) were responsible for her execution is disgusting, the German president at that time Friedrich Ebert (SPD) knew Rosa personally and still he himself ordered Freikorps to destroy and kill her and other Spartaks (left-wing group, they were main part of the uprising in 1918-19).

Rosa Luxemburg (Polish: Róża Luksemburg; also Rozalia Luksenburg; 5 March 1871 – 15 January 1919) was a Polish Marxist, philosopher, economist, anti-war activist and revolutionary socialist who became a naturalized German citizen at the age of 28. Successively, she was a member of the Social Democracy of the Kingdom of Poland and Lithuania (SDKPiL), the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), the Independent Social Democratic Party (USPD) and the Communist Party of Germany (KPD).
