Kişilik

"Kawase hangi kişilik türü? Kawase, MBTI, 8w7 - sp/sx - 863 'de kişilik türüdür, RCOEI, RCOEI, büyük 5, SLE' dır."

E8 for Kawase is awful, sorry. 8 is among the most irresponsible, hedonistic enneatypes, and Kawase is openly scornful of all of 8's most basic traits in other people (or he at least pretends to be). Why would he be an 8, an openly lustful, hedonistic type? Because he's mean and kind of sadistic? lol His hyper-critical, paranoid, insecure, hostile, reserved personality covered by an indifferent or strong persona, as well as his distinctly cerebral orientation is much more befitting of a sexual 6. Losing Tamamori (physically or figuratively) scares him to death, Kurosawa has mentioned how he wastes away in bitter, obsessive solitude in any route that isn't his, but he presents a very contrary attitude towards the topic of Tamamori most of the time, as if he isn't really afraid at all and he could care less if Tamamori isn't in his life. An example of this would be when he very flippantly & disgustedly told Tamamori to go off and find some prostitutes to sleep with, when if this were to actually happen, Kawase would obviously lose his sht. This could be a manifestation of the tough, strong image that an sx6 presents in the face of its fear. Kawase displays this image directly to Tamamori, which is a bit strange to me considering he's the one he's afraid of losing, but the sx6 is said to express itself in love with ambivalence and a conflict of interest, since the sexual instinct is the one it's the most neurotic about, and the sx6 specifically is a very conflicted character, constantly uncertain of itself and what it should/shouldn't express. Plus, in other systems, Kawase struggles with ethics/feeling and is particularly insecure in these areas, so that also helps explain his strangeness in love. With other characters that Kawase feels threatened by in relation to Tamamori, like Minakami, he is openly combative and/or contemptuous, but noticeably insecure as well. Again, this is all fitting of sx6. An 8 would not have such noticeable insecurity, or a hidden inferiority complex that is compensated for through bravado. Extraversion is similarly bad for him. I understand wanting to break from stereotypes and that cognitive extraverts can be reserved, but Kawase is simply just not an extravert in any system. He isn't a character that adapts to or identifies with the object at all, his view of things is entirely warped by his own abstract, introverted, distrustful image of the world. Hashihime's actual ET type would be Hanazawa, whose chief issue is exactly that he overidentifies with the object (military + nation) and doesn't really know how to contact himself. Kawase is his own reference point for anything, he has a noticeably inward orientation and identification with subject (himself) over object (environment), so by this very essential principle, he is an introvert. As for socionics, SLE is, once again, terrible for him. I feel as if you could only come to that conclusion if you just read a basic SLE description, and you think Kawase is just a mean bully while observing none of his nuance. He's similarly introverted in socionics, for the reason that I feel as if he moreso observes the relationships between objects rather than the objects themselves. He's always assessing these relationships, you can see it in the many, many times he brings up Tamamori's relationship with other people, his fantasies, stories, etc, rather than just the objects themselves. He's more focused on how they interact, which in socionics is the domain of introverts. He's also a very rational character in both socionics and Jung, like very clearly so, I don't see why on earth this character who is so intensely reflective, non-impulsive, in his own head assessing everything by his own particular criteria would ever be an irrational extravert. Logical type makes the most sense for him too considering his very insecure relationship with Fi specifically as well, and his open disdain and distrust of intuitive or "delusional" topics in general points me to LSI. One of his big conflicts with Tamamori in general can essentially be boiled down to a sensing vs intuition problem, honestly, lmao I do want to write up a big proper argument for Kawase's type, because he's a very interesting character and my favorite in Hashihime, but I'd have to reread his route & take notes, so I'll just leave this here for now.
