背景
The Angel shows some signs of intelligence. It is capable of planning and communicating with Father Paul, who says he can hear it in his head. It even shushes him when they meet at the Rec Center. Presumably, it went along with the plan so it had an easy source of fresh victims. The Angel can wear clothing to disguise itself, recognise the purpose of a firearm, lure victims by mimicking their speech, and even take part in a mockery of a church service.
